What if I have never tried yoga before or I am scared to get on and off the floor?

Our classes are accessible and safe for everyone. As an Integrative Health Physical Therapist, our founder, Melissa Wohlberg created a proprietary program for Chronic Pain while at Sinai Hospital, in Baltimore. In addition to her background in traditional physical therapy, she is also certified in both Love Your Brain Yoga and Yoga For Arthritis.

Our programs help reduce pain and fears with helpful props such as chairs, bolsters, blankets, pillows, wedges, the wall, blocks, straps and therapy mat tables to create individualized versions of every pose.

Do you take my insurance?

We are in-network for Medicare only. All other insurance companies are out-of-network. We will provide you with a Super Bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

As a boutique physical therapy clinic, by not taking insurance beyond Medicare, you will receive a unique, one-on-one, individualized treatment without limitations on number of visits, time spent each visit, or methodology.

Don’t assume this is more expensive. Many people have found that after adding up the high deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance, they end up spending less money in the long run with an out-of-network clinic.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Maryland is a Direct Access state which means that you do not need a referral to receive Physical Therapy Services.

However, many insurance carriers require them for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company for their specific requirements.

How long is a session?
