What’s Included?

  • 30 minute In-person or Virtual sessions 1x/week for 4 weeks

  • 2 options available:

    • Small group sessions either Virtual or In person (Must be vaccinated for in person) = $120

    • Optional additional hand-outs and videos are available for workshop participants for $30.

    • Purchase Pre-recorded videos and hand-outs only = $75 total

  • Breathing strategies from multiple sources including: yoga teacher training, the books Breath by James Nestor and The Relaxation Revolution by Herbert Benson, M.D. and current research.
