Our founder, Melissa Wohlberg has been an Integrative Health Physical Therapist since 2008 and a Yoga Instructor since 2018, certified by both Yoga For Arthritis and the Love Your Brain Foundation.

Yoga to Ease: Yoga classes for anyone with movement challenges.
Small groups of 5-8 people in-person
Class schedules/ description
Monday & Wednesday at 2:00 (beginner- beginner/intermediate)
Tuesday & Thursday at 11:00 (intermediate with props)
2 New Classes: Tuesdays at 2:30 pm (Modified Flow);
Intermediate Vinyasa Flow- Thursdays at 7:00 AM
