Our founder, Melissa Wohlberg has been an Integrative Health Physical Therapist since 2008 and a Yoga Instructor since 2018, certified by both Yoga For Arthritis and the Love Your Brain Foundation.

A safe, effective and accessible way to learn and practice yoga

Yoga Classes:

  • Yoga to Ease: Yoga classes for anyone with movement challenges.

    • Small groups of 5-8 people in-person

      • NEW: Ability to Zoom into a class for 1/2 price

    • Class schedules/ description

      • Monday & Wednesday at 2:00 (beginner- beginner/intermediate)

      • Tuesday & Thursday at 11:00 (intermediate with props)

    • Yoga Memberships as of February 1st, 2022
