New Yoga Classes with Leah
Intermediate Vinyasa Flow- 60 min
Offers a mindful flow designed to build strength, increase flexibility and deepen body awareness. Ideal for people with some experience, it blends thoughtful movement and breathwork to support both energy and ease.
Thursdays at 7:00 AM
Modified Flow (all levels)- 60 min
Offers a blend of mindfulness and breathwork with poses for strength, balance and flexibility. Each pose is taught using props to make yoga accessible for everyone. These classes have a theme interwoven into the class as well as a guided meditation at the end.
Tuesdays at 2:30 PM
Meet Leah Ring, PT, DPT, RYT500
Leah received her Bachelor degree from the University of Miami and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware.
She has had extensive yoga training starting with her 200 hr certification in 2019 and her 300 hr through Core Power Yoga in 2024.
