What’s Included?

  • 6 week program offered 1x/week

  • In Person and Virtual sessions of 4-6 people, 60 minutes each (follows Covid protocol with social distancing)

  • Includes free videos for home practice

  • Based on current research used by Physical Therapists, Yoga for Arthritis and Harvard Medical School.

What does it cost?

  • In Person/Virtual Small group Workshop:

    • 6 weekly sessions plus videos = $275
